**Please be advised that the Eden Roce Miami Beach Renaissance Resort & Spa will begin a $120 million dollar renovation starting May 1st, 2006, that will include the addition of a 300 room tower, new state of the art Spa, pool, lobby and complete rooms renovation.
The project will begin May 1st with the destruction of the current sports complex where the 22 story tower will be constructed. During this time, both pools will be closed as well as the Spa and 'Aquatica' restaurant. The project is scheduled for completion the beginning of 2008.
Due to the magnitude of the renovations, it will be imperative that any guests be made aware of the construction. The work will be done Monday through Saturday (6 days a week) from 8am to 6pm. There will be cranes, bull dozers and noise related machinery throughout.**
