This newly refurbished hotel is centrally located, 600 meters from the bus station and 20 meters from Ave. Tulum, Cancun’s main avenue, 25 kms from the airport and 5 kms to the nearest beach. This hotel was the first hotels to be built in the downtown area of Cancun and has been totally refurbished last 2001. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. A great spot for all those travelling on a budget into Cancun.
All the rooms has been refurbished to great standards, in neutral colors making the rooms brighter, all in very good condition and medium in size. Exterior a traditional two storey building typical to the downtown area of Cancun. Lobby small in size with limited seating area.
