South Korea
The Republic of Korea, commonly known as South Korea or the Korea Republic is an East Asian country on the southern half of the Korean Peninsula. To the north, it is bordered by North Korea, with which it was united until 1945. To the west, across the Yellow Sea, lies China and to the southeast.
Millennium Plaza (Seoul) : This uniquely-shaped building has become a new landmark in downtown Seoul.
Myung-dong Street (Seoul) : Myung-dong street is one of the most exclusive streets in Seoul.
Namdaemun (Seoul) : This distinctive structure was once the main gate of Seoul during the Chosun Period (1392-1910).
Yeouido Park (Seoul) : It is difficult to imagine that this picturesque park was covered with black asphalt for 27 years.
