The hotel is located opposite to the Kowloon-Canton Railway (KCR) station and Hong Kong Coliseum in Hunghom, which is located in the eastern part of Tsim Sha Tsui district. This district is well developed as a shopping & commercial area. With the KRC, it has convenient access to the China border and other Kowloon districts.

The standard rooms are medium in size. All rooms and bathrooms are kept in good condition. Some rooms have an excellent view on the Victoria Harbour, while other rooms have views on the city. All rooms are furnished with modern in-room facilities and amenities.

The property has 6 restaurant and bars, with all of them overlooking the Victoria Harbour. The all-day dining, which is the coffee shop offers also seats outdoors. This restaurant is large in size with large glass windows and high ceiling and offers international a la carte menu as well as buffets.
