Terms
of Service
You
agree that your credit card will be charged immediately
for the full amount (or, in case of reservations made more
than 30 days prior to check-in date, one night cost of each
room) of your reservation once your reservation is confirmed.
The cost of your reservation is the total of: the indicated room rate multiplied by number of nights,
plus taxes and fees. The taxes charges are assessed to recover
all local occupancy, value added and other similar taxes
paid in connection with your reservation order.
You may cancel or change your reservation,
but you will be charged for the cancellation or change fee
according to our Cancellation/Amendment Policy. In addition,
if you do not cancel or change your reservation before cancellation
policy period (5 days prior to check-in date), you will
be subject to a charge of one-night's room rate, tax and
fee. You agree to pay any cancellation or amendment fee
incurred. Sometimes, hotels require us not to permit the
customers to change or cancel reservations after they are
made for stays during holiday periods or special events
or in order to get a special, lower room rate. You will
be notified before the reservation order is completed and
your credit card is charged if a reservation is non refundable
or non changeable.
You agree to abide by the terms and conditions
imposed with respect to any completed reservation order
for a hotel stay as specified on the reservation order form.
You will be completely responsible for all charges, fees,
duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of
this website.

| 1.Contract Formation |
No
contract will exist between you and 12bookhotels.com or its
affiliates for the sale by it to you of any product unless
and until 12bookhotels.com accepts your reservation by email
confirming your reservation and issuing you a unique confirmation
code. Acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed
to be effectively communicated to you for all purposes at
the time that 12bookhotels.com sends the email to you whether
or not you receive the email.

Electronic Communications |
You communicate with 12bookhotels.com electronically whenever
you visit 12bookhotels.com or send emails to us. You consent
to receive communications from 12bookhotels.com electronically
and by fax. We will communicate with you by posting notices
on this site, by email or by fax. You agree that all notices,
disclosures, agreements and other communications that we provide
to you electronically or by fax satisfy any legal requirements
that communications be in writing. |

Nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of
12bookhotels.com's right to comply with law enforcement
requests or requirements relating to your use of this website

with respect to your used of this website.

Severability |
If
any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid
or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law by any court
of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this
agreement will remain in full force and effect. Any provision
of this agreement held to be invalid or unenforceable, including
but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability
limitations set forth above, will be deemed superseded by
a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches
the intent of the original provision.
